Nora Heidorn
Nora Heidorn is an independent curator and lecturer based in London. She is the curator of the exhibition Sick & Desiring that will be presented at Hordaland kunstsenter for Bergen Assembly 2019. For this project, she is working with artists, activists and researchers to interrogate cultural and medical conceptions of sickness and productivity with regard to reproductive bodies.
Nora works as a Curator and Project Coordinator in the Art Department at Goldsmiths, University of London and as an Associate Lecturer and Course Tutor on BA and MA Culture, Criticism and Curation at Central Saint Martins. She has published essays, interviews and articles, most recently Working a Double Shift: The Biopolitics of Hormonal Time (in Coming Soon, NERO, 2018 and in its Italian translation in Nero On Theory [online]). She was previously Associate Director at The Approach in London.
